The Digiplay "Boxing" game is among the first few sports games to be made by this company. The Protuguese name "Boxe" also appears on the box, instructions, & even the cart label. It was first produced by Mattel. Then Digimed obtained rights to distribute it in South America with their own fine touches.  The box looks similar to the Mattel versions with the exception of text. The box text is in Brazilian Portuguese.

     The "Boxe" cart has both English & Portuguese text on it. It is the normal Digiplay / Mattel style cart shell.

     The Digimed instructions for the original Mattel games look somewhat different than the instructions made for later games by Digiplay.  They all have full color & are in Brazilian Portuguese.  I have found two different overlays for this Digiplay/Digimed game. The plastic version has no copyright on it & is in English.  The other,( beleived to be made while the company was Digimed), has Portuguese text & is the rare paper style.
